Sierra Mikain from the classic jRPG Suikoden II.
I was already in the middle of working on this when neclordx released his Sierra lora as well, but I thought I'd still finish and post this mostly as practice. Still, go and check out his loras, he does an amazing job bringing more Suikoden to this community.
