Zone-Tan

Wanted to make this a long time now, but it was never a priority and always forgot.

I only know about the character cause there was a Zone-Tan voice mod in XCOM2 that I tried and I actually liked it. Liked it before I ever saw anything about the character.

I know that it's actually a genderless demon character, but since it chose the female secondary traits, that's good enough for me.
