Negative values push the image toward illustration, positive values push it toward realism.

Krea 2 is already ridiculously good at styles it knows, so most of the time the "correct" solution is probably a better prompt. That said, sometimes you just want to type a character name, throw a LoRA on it, and move on with your life. That's where this slider comes in.

Think of it as a style steering wheel. If the model is looking a little too much like concept art, push it toward realism. If it's getting too photographic and losing the illustrated charm, pull it back the other way.

Values around -1 to +1 are usually the sweet spot. You can absolutely go further if you want stronger results, but at some point you're basically telling the model to stop negotiating and commit to one side.

I've included a few examples because the effect is easier to see than explain. The slider doesn't just add detail or remove it—it changes how Krea interprets the image, from anime eyes and painted textures all the way to skin pores and camera-like realism. Use it whenever the model's idea and your idea aren't quite having the same conversation.
