Tries to help create High Elf settlements / cities ... in the mountains, in the forest, at the sea ...

1.1: trained with more images, you should be able to put characters INTO the settlement (look at the pictures).

1.1 and 1.0 have the same filename, so if you want to use both, you have to rename one (for example to "HighElf-11").
