This is both largely the OUTFIT and the pose + some battle effects. If you prompt better than me you CAN get screen effects with this, we have other epochs if you need them.
To get the hat AS WELL please use "hat, hat feather" - we left that out of the tags because if you're doing other FFXIV race loras or inferring other types of characters, you may not want the hat.
