Main trigger: asgard — put it in every prompt for the beings themselves.
Strength 1.0 — with one exception: asgard ancestor wants 0.7 (see below).
The other 24 trigger words are motifs you can call by name. Rooms, props, ships, the Vanir suit, the ancestor — each is listed because it was tested and holds. They work on their own; you only need asgard when a being is in the frame. The exact wording that scored best is in the sections below — several of them need the full description, not just the name.
Base model: Krea 2 · trained on Raw, generated on Turbo
A rebuild, not a touch-up. v1 was trained on 68 stills and could do the beings. This one runs on 344 captioned images and adds their ships, rooms, props, the armoured Vanir from Atlantis, and the ancestor.
I generated 655 images with it and rated every one by eye, in three rounds. Everything below is measured. The last round went through the training set systematically and prompted every motif that had never been tested — which turned up two dozen abilities I did not know were in there, and dissolved two limits I had already written down as permanent.
Image counts turned out to be a poor predictor in both directions, so I stopped quoting them. A concept with four training images renders perfectly; one with thirteen failed until I changed how I prompted it.

🧬 THE BEINGS
Dome skull, black almond eyes, thin grey limbs, correct head-to-body ratio — the thing the base model gets wrong. Close-ups hold, which is the main reason this LoRA exists.
Gaze and posture are steerable:

🛡️ THE VANIR — two looks, both trained
The Lost Tribe from Atlantis appears two ways in the training set, and both hold.
1 · With head and chest ornaments — an Asgard, not a suit. Name head and chest together, or you get only the one you named, and keep the word golden:

🎨 IT IS NOT OVERFITTED
Hawaiian shirt on a beach, a tuxedo, cooking in a modern kitchen, a city street, dancing, pencil sketch — none of those words appear anywhere in the training captions, and all of them come through. Six images in this gallery are exactly that test.

📏 THE RULE THAT MATTERS MOST
Give the whole description, not the first half.
Every concept has one training caption that describes it fully. Prompt a short version and you get a fragment. This cost me more failed images than anything else — five motifs I had written off as weak turned out fine the moment I wrote out the full description. The average went from 2.6 to 4.7 out of 5 on the same subjects.

⚖️ THE ANCESTOR NEEDS STRENGTH 0.7
The one exception to strength 1.0. The ancestor is the preserved Asgard found in stasis, from before the cloning went wrong — gaunt and tall rather than the familiar small grey.
At full strength the 286 ordinary asgard images outvote his 13 and you get a normal Asgard. Between 0.5 and 0.85 the body description takes hold again and he works anywhere:

At strength 1.0 he still works, but only with an anchor: inside a stasis cylinder (which you can then place in any room) or against a plain studio background. Do not add a generic lighting phrase like dark interior to him — it scores worse than adding nothing, because that wording is tied to the ordinary Asgard default.
Raising strength above 1.0 helps nothing. At 1.15 and 1.3 results stay level or get worse. 1.0 is the optimum everywhere else.

⛔ WHAT IT CANNOT DO
More than one KIND of ship in an image. Two of the same class are fine. Two different classes score 2/5 across seven attempts, and raising strength changes nothing. Even a passing smaller asgard ships in the sky drags the main ship down — leave escorts out.
A shield enclosing the whole ship. Seven wordings, including bubble, oval shell and energy envelope. The glow always sits behind the hull. What works is the ship silhouetted against an energy discharge.
Named individuals. No personal names anywhere in the captions.
Ha'tak or other Goa'uld ships. Damage and destruction. Not trained.

🪤 TRAPS WORTH KNOWING
Name the class, never just the hull. a bilskirnir-class spaceship lands every time; the same hull without the class name drops to 1/5. And an asgard spaceship is a setting in the captions ("aboard"), not a shape.
I long believed the O'Neill hull was unusable because a flat oval hull with a cylindrical module behind it also describes the USS Enterprise, and that the base model won that contest. It does not. With the rest of the caption in place the same wording scores 5/5. What failed was never the shape, it was the half-written prompt around it.
Name the part, not the room. a dark asgard wall panel works. an asgard computer room pulls in a desktop PC with a mouse and keyboard.
Ask for light, and put it in the scene. Interiors get progressively darker across training epochs — about 40 % darker at the final one, measured on fixed seeds. bright interior light helps but is thinly supported. More reliable is a light source inside the scene: a lit yellow console at the right · an amber lit panel behind it · vertical blue light strips on the wall
Counts are the most fragile part of a prompt. Put the number and subject at the front, and render a few seeds and count anyway.
One safety-filter trap that is not this model's fault: a radial burst of light renders black — and it does so without the LoRA too, so it is the base model's filter. Use a bright star flaring instead.
