Brain Extraction Cathedral is a colossal biomechanical gothic interior dominated by a suspended organic brain-extraction apparatus hanging high within the central nave. Towering dark stone columns, pointed arches, ribbed vaults, circular windows, and dense carved ornamentation form a vast cathedral structure fused with grotesque biological machinery. The central apparatus consists of exposed brain tissue, clustered eyes, fleshy cavities, jaws, teeth, tentacle-like tubes, cables, and elongated mechanical-organic limbs extending toward the surrounding architecture. Beneath it, a cylindrical extraction chamber emits an intense red-white energy stream, while several smaller brain-bearing organic modules float around the central structure.
