Komiya Nonoka (古宮乃々香) from the 2014 original TV anime "Celestial Method"

There was no LoRA of her anywhere, so I trained one.

★ Do NOT add style tags (retro artstyle / modern anime style / etc).

The LoRA already carries the 2014 TV look. Style tags break the face.

TRAINING DATA (being upfront about this)

82 images total

- 25 screencaps from the official episode-synopsis pages of the TV anime

- 4 official character sheets (3 expressions + 1 full body)

- 53 crops from an AI-generated character reference sheet (360 deg / expressions /

outfits), each one verified against the OFFICIAL art with ccip

(anime same-character metric). All 28 face crops scored under 0.18,

median 0.058 -- i.e. the machine agreed they are the same character.

Trained with kohya (dim 64 / alpha 32, text encoder LR 5e-5, batch 2, 8 epochs, ~67 min).

Sources under 400px were upscaled with 4x-AnimeSharp before training.

Because part of the set is AI-assisted, a few fine details may drift slightly from

the official design. The face, the side ponytail, the yellow scrunchie and the pink

eyes are solid across seeds.

　このLoRAが2014年の作画をそのまま持っているので、足すと顔が崩れます。

学習素材は82枚

　・公式サイトの各話あらすじページの場面写真 25枚

　・公式設定画 4枚（表情3＋全身1）

　・AIに描かせたキャラ設定シートからの切り出し 53枚

　　（1枚ずつ ccip で公式設定画と照合。顔28枚すべて0.18以下・中央値0.058）

kohyaで学習（dim64/alpha32・TE学習5e-5・batch2・8epoch・約67分）。

400px未満の素材は4x-AnimeSharpで拡大してから学習しています。

素材の一部がAI補完なので、細部は公式デザインからわずかにズレることがあります。

顔・サイドポニー・黄色いシュシュ・ピンクの目はどのシードでも安定します。

★劇中では中学三年生です。際どい絵は上げないでください。
