A palm strike is a striking technique in which the opponent is hit with the lower part of the palm, near the wrist.
This LoRA was trained using a rather poor dataset of only 23 training images. As a result, it has only barely learned the basic form. By combining several trigger words, it may be possible to reproduce the characteristic palm strike pose.
However, most of the training images share little more than the following characteristics: four fingers spread and aligned, with one arm extended straight forward. The LoRA has not learned that this pose represents a striking technique itself. Therefore, using tags such as hitting is unlikely to produce an impact effect or shockwave at the hand.
For v0.0.0, you should think of it primarily as a LoRA for a "pose where the hand is extended in an unusual shape." The pose seems to be somewhat adjustable through natural-language prompting. See the man in black clothing in the first showcase image for an example.
