Cellval a character from the Kemono Friends universe. A Cerulean that copied the appearance and DNA of the original Serval cat; as a result, she gained human speech, self-awareness, and a complex personality.

She is frequently depicted in a light green sleeveless collared shirt, a dark green polka-dot bow, a voluminous ruffled skirt with dark green spots, elbow-length gloves, and matching polka-dot stockings, and light-colored boots with open shafts.
