Molly Chen

Meet Molly Chen.

Molly is a 27-year-old Chinese-Canadian with a perfectly ordinary office job, a comfortable little life, and absolutely no intention of becoming the main character in anybody's epic adventure.

She's quiet when you first meet her, considerably less quiet once she decides she likes you, and has a dry sense of humour that tends to arrive half a second after everyone thinks she's being serious. She likes good food, bad movies, lazy Sundays, wandering around shops without buying anything, and making ambitious weekend plans that occasionally become ambitious afternoon naps instead.

Molly isn't an athlete, adventurer, vampire, superhero, assassin, or secretly the chosen heir to an ancient kingdom. She's just Molly: soft, curvy, occasionally awkward, usually content, and living a pretty normal Canadian life.

And that's rather the point.
