Krea checkpoint/Lora Merge Tool

This lets you merge loras into checkpoints, checkpoints into checkpoints and convert from bf16 to fp8/int8.

From the rtfm.txt (iykyk)

In launch.bat edit this line: call "drive:\*\*\*\venv\Scripts\activate.bat"

If you need help with that.. Sorry, not sorry. (venv is inside your a1111/forge/forge neo folder) sorry

Start.bat for cpu scrubs. It works, just slower. But is it? you tell me, i dont know

Ok... So!

A krea-merge-config.ini is created when setting a checkpoint base dir and when setting a Lora/checkpoint dir in merge window dropdown.

Press "Rescan" on start or after adding lora/checkpoint to refresh and populate dropdowns.

Ai slop included in scripts, do whatever you want with it.
