Slytherin Uniform — Illustrious XL / JANKU

A standalone clothing LoRA inspired by the Slytherin uniform in the reference design. It focuses on the outfit and can be combined with compatible character LoRAs.

The uniform includes:

• White collared shirt and green/silver striped tie

• Gray V-neck knitted vest with green/silver trim

• Black pleated skirt, black tights, and loafers

• Long black wizard robe with dark green lining

• Slytherin-inspired chest crest

Trigger word: slytherin_uniform

Recommended settings

• Tested checkpoint: JANKU v7.77 / Illustrious XL

• LoRA strength: 0.8 when used alone

• Starting strength when combined with a character LoRA: 0.65

• CLIP strength: 0

• Steps: 28

• CFG: 5.5

• Sampler: DPM++ 2M Karras

Specify the character’s hair, eyes, and other appearance details when combining LoRAs. To change outfits, disable this clothing LoRA and replace the uniform trigger and clothing descriptions.

Training details

Trained on JANKU v7.77 using 12 AI-generated reference-based variations and 3 garment detail crops from the original design. The variations include different appearances, poses, and viewing angles.

SDXL U-Net only · Rank 16 · Alpha 8 · 1,200 steps.

Version notes

This first version focuses on the female skirt uniform. Crest details and fine stripes may vary, and combining LoRAs can affect character appearance or rendering style. Tested in ComfyUI with standalone clothing generation and character LoRA stacking.
