千问娘可爱死了为什么没人训练 Lora 为什么为什么为什么为什么为什么为什么为什么为什么为什么为什么为什么……
抱着这样的心态训练了这个 Lora。
形象来源是 B 站的 ZipZipPipe。训练集来源是找了一些图以后用 GPT Image 通过千问娘的三视图置换人物。
有个比较严重的缺陷，就是身上饰品的千问图标基本无法还原。这个与训练集中千问图标本身未能还原有关，不过我并不知道如何解决。除此之外就是辫子容易反之类的毛病。
此外，由于训练集内画风较为统一，所以成品还有一些过拟合，为此我提供了一个训练步数更少的版本。

Qwen-Chan is so ridiculously cute, why hasn't anyone trained a LoRA for her? Why why why why why why why why why why why...
With that exact mindset, I trained this LoRA.
The character design comes from ZipZipPipe on Bilibili. For the dataset, I gathered a few images and used GPT Image to swap in characters based on Qwen-Chan's character turnarounds.
There is one fairly noticeable flaw: the Qwen logo on her accessories is almost impossible to replicate. This stems from the fact that the logo wasn't properly preserved in the training set itself, and I’m not sure how to fix it. Other than that, it has typical minor issues like the braid occasionally flipping sides.
Also, since the art style in the training set was fairly uniform, the final model has a bit of overfitting. Because of this, I’ve provided a version with fewer training steps.
