Here's Hidemi Ohta (太田秀美 )from the Great Teacher Onizuka (GTO). She's an interesting character. She's quite manipulative and vindictive for the first 3/4 of her character arc. She specifically uses her parent's status to manipulate her teachers to do her bidding (which works on everyone but Onizuka which really pisses her off). She is then ironically kidnapped due to her parent's status and has a massive change of heart when a target of her vindictiveness (Onizuka) ends up being her rescuer.
This lora will likely be helped with the use of retro style or GTO style specific loras and retro anime prompts. Depending on how your results are turning out, you might want to remove "large expressive eyes" that I put in. I put that trigger in when my dataset was mostly upper body and head shots from the Anime but full body results with that tag might lead to messed up eyes.
