K2 | ARSA INT8-C

It's just a conversion of this model by ArtShumov, from bf16 to int8-convrot with Cyberdelia's ComfyUI node.

All credits go to the respective creators. I'll remove this post, if the creator wishes me do so, it's here just for the convenience.

EDIT: The creator posted int8-convrot variant, with different conversion approach, and it's curious, as the checksums are different. Testing fun time! :)
