ta86_HAA – Human After All
Real faces. Natural beauty. Small imperfections. Genuine expressions. A little character in a world of perfect pixels.
Because perfection is boring. Human after all.
Just another fun side project for my own stuff. ;)

Short Description
ta86_HAA (Human After All) is a photorealistic human portrait LoRA built around natural beauty, authentic facial expressions, individual character, subtle imperfections, believable anatomy and photographic diversity.
The idea is simple: beautiful people do not have to look perfect.
A slightly crooked smile, a few freckles, an unusual facial feature, a tiny scar, natural skin texture or simply an expression that feels spontaneous rather than carefully posed.
The LoRA focuses on attractive but believable people, combining realistic portrait photography with candid moments, expressive body language, cinematic lighting and occasional editorial experimentation.
The training includes women and men, predominantly young adults, with different appearances, facial features, poses, clothing, lighting conditions and photographic approaches.
Some images are clean and natural. Others are dramatic, intimate, playful, moody or slightly stylized.
The goal is not to create deliberately imperfect people.
It is to make beautiful people feel a little more human.
I wanted to give the images a bit character, feeling a bit more human. And of course adding my personal style and taste.
Main Trigger
ta86_HAA (optional)
Place it near the beginning of the prompt.
Useful supporting concepts include:
natural beauty, authentic skin texture, expressive eyes, candid expression, realistic facial anatomy, subtle imperfections, photorealistic portrait, natural asymmetry, cinematic lighting, editorial photography
No trigger is needed.
In fact, shorter prompts can work surprisingly well.
If you do not like long descriptions or the idea behind it, stop reading here ;)
Visual Identity
The LoRA tends toward:
naturally attractive women and men
believable facial anatomy and individual facial features
natural skin texture, pores, freckles and subtle variations
occasional small beauty marks, scars or other individual details
expressive eyes and authentic facial expressions
smiles, laughter, thoughtful looks, skepticism and subtle micro-expressions
relaxed, candid and occasionally unconventional poses
close-ups, portraits, half-body and full-body photography
varied camera angles, focal lengths and compositions
soft daylight, hard sunlight, backlighting and dramatic shadows
warm and cool mixed lighting, reflections and nighttime illumination
shallow depth of field and natural photographic imperfections
cinematic, documentary, analog-inspired and editorial photography
occasional stronger fashion styling and experimental portrait aesthetics
The visual identity is intentionally broad.
A naturally smiling person in ordinary daylight belongs here just as much as a dramatic close-up with hard shadows, messy hair and unconventional framing.
Beauty is the foundation. Personality makes the difference.
Good For
Photorealistic portraits, natural beauty photography, candid lifestyle images, cinematic character portraits, editorial fashion photography, expressive close-ups, street photography, environmental portraits, full-body characters and everyday human moments.
It can also be interesting for more unconventional concepts involving dramatic lighting, unusual perspectives, strong makeup, tattoos, accessories or experimental photographic compositions.
The fun part is exploring the small details that make people recognizable as individuals.
A woman laughing uncontrollably.
A man trying not to smile.
Someone resting their face against their hand.
Wind pushing hair across the eyes.
A spontaneous photograph with imperfect framing.
Or simply a beautiful face without that overly polished, artificial perfection.
Prompting
Describe the person first and let the LoRA influence the photographic appearance and natural character.
For more controlled results, describe:
age, gender and physical appearance
hairstyle, clothing and individual facial features
facial expression and gaze direction
body position, gesture or movement
camera angle, framing and focal length
lighting direction, contrast and color temperature
one or two subtle individual characteristics, if desired
You do not need to force imperfections into every prompt.
Natural skin, believable proportions and genuine expressions are already part of the idea.
Example – Natural Portrait
ta86_HAA, a naturally attractive 28-year-old German woman with shoulder-length dark blonde hair, subtle freckles and grey-green eyes, sitting sideways on a wooden chair, resting one arm over the backrest, a small relaxed smile, candid three-quarter portrait, 85mm lens, soft window light, realistic skin texture, shallow depth of field
Example – Cinematic Character
ta86_HAA, a handsome 34-year-old Italian man with dark wavy hair and light beard stubble, leaning against a doorway, adjusting his jacket collar, restrained amused expression, 50mm lens, low three-quarter camera angle, hard afternoon sunlight cutting across his face, cool reflected shadows, cinematic street photography
Example – Expressive Close-up
ta86_HAA, a beautiful 25-year-old woman with a messy copper-red bob, light freckles and expressive green eyes, gently pressing her cheek against her hand, one corner of her mouth slightly displaced by the pressure, intimate close-up, 85mm portrait lens, warm directional sunlight, natural skin detail, subtle analog film grain
Example – Full Body and Movement
ta86_HAA, a 30-year-old Japanese woman laughing while walking through a quiet city street, oversized charcoal jacket, loose trousers and white sneakers, natural mid-step movement, full-body photograph, 35mm lens, diagonal three-quarter angle, cloudy daylight, realistic body proportions, candid documentary photography
Example – Experimental Editorial
ta86_HAA, an attractive 27-year-old woman with short black hair and expressive pale eyes, dramatic close-up portrait, windblown strands across her face, dark eyeliner, softly parted lips, hard diagonal light cutting across her eyes, deep cinematic shadows, muted amber and teal color grading, 85mm lens, intimate editorial photography
Experiment.
The training deliberately includes different expressions, camera perspectives, lighting conditions, body positions and photographic treatments.
There is no single correct way to use it.
Suggested Strength
These are suggested starting points rather than strictly tested limits. The ideal strength depends on the base model, prompt and any other LoRAs being combined.
0.5 – 0.7
Subtle influence on photographic character and natural facial appearance. A useful range for combining with other styles.
0.7 – 1.0
Recommended starting range for the intended Human After All aesthetic.
1.0 – 1.2
Stronger LoRA influence. Worth experimenting with, although higher strength does not automatically mean better realism.
As always, experiment with the weight and see what works for your workflow.
Notes
A few things worth mentioning.
Human After All is not an imperfection generator.
It was never intended to create exaggerated scars, distorted faces, extreme asymmetry or deliberately unattractive people.
The small imperfections are only one part of the concept.
The more important aspects are believable human features, attractive individuality, natural expressions and photographic authenticity.
Also, the training contains a strong focus on women, although men are included as well.
If you want a particular age, gender, appearance, skin tone or body type, describe it clearly in your prompt.
And remember that photographic styling can have a significant influence.
If every prompt contains dramatic shadows, black clothing, heavy makeup and nighttime lighting, the results will naturally drift toward that aesthetic.
Try daylight.
Try hard flash photography.
Try unusual camera angles.
Try laughter instead of serious expressions.
Try full-body movement instead of another close-up.
Try normal clothing and ordinary situations.
Try something completely unexpected.
The LoRA is meant to give people character, not force them into one specific look.
Beautiful does not have to mean flawless.
Human after all.
