The Anime model that KREA 2 really deserved.
How I created this :
01 · CRAFTED — 332 locally generated original candidates, a lot of visual reviews, 240 selected training images with individually written captions; 32 evaluation images kept separate.
02 · TRAINED — Locally on an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 with Musubi Tuner : KREA 2 RAW, LoRA rank/alpha 32/32, 4,800 steps, 1024 px buckets, LR 1e-4, AdamW8bit; frozen FP8-scaled base with BF16 training/export.
03 · FUSION · FROM LoRA TO FULL ANIME MODEL — After training on RAW and strength calibration, the 4,800-step LoRA’s learned weight updates were merged directly into official KREA 2 TURBO at strength 1.0.
This creates a full anime diffusion model: TURBO’s broad generative capabilities and the learned anime direction combined in a single set of weights, with no separate anime LoRA to load. A BF16 master was exported, then quantized into the FP8 and GGUF editions.
