This is what I was waiting for. Someone to make exactly this.
The initial working Stable Cascade someone else made, took me 1 hour to make 1 image.
With your workflow, in 1024x1024, using lite-lite this model takes me about 40 seconds on a 1080 Ti. (don't focus on that time, because I adjusted samplers and compression and size and probably other things).
The important thing is, it takes the length of time, it should take, which is usable.
