I was having trouble with a stubborn dress not being the correct length so I decided to make my own LECO with prostitutes and blackjack. It is not thoroughly tested and was made with anythingV4.5(or anythingElse in civit).
LECOs are manipulated by their weight and need no triggers so simply use it like <lora:SkirtLenght_000000050:-1> to make skirts shorter or <lora:SkirtLenght_000000050:1> to make them longer, setting it to zero having very little effect on the prompts.
I tested the following cases:
skirt: you seem to have more control on the negative side(shorter), after it becomes a long skirt that's it
dresses: same as skirts but even more pronounced as dresses are long by default
miniskirt: kind of iffy at least in anythingV4.5, seems the lenght is extremely tied up to the concept so it likely would need it own LECO(might give it a try later.)
microskirt: this one is more responsive but will need a higher positive to become longer.
kimono and other dress like attires: same as all dresses mostly active in the negative side.
