As the name implies, this hypernet is one made using M-da S-tarou's art. It was made using mostly some of their newer stuff, though I did add older ones in as well.
The Neo in the name is because this isn't the first M-da S-tarou embed I've made, but (I think) it's the one that works best. I typically run it at low values (.25 or .5), as the eyes tend to go wonky when it's too strong.
The example images are largely genned on my own model mixes, one of which (Anything and Everything Mix Ver 1.5) can be found here.
