The Base outfit might be a be hard to achieve, but you can pretty much make her wear anything.
The LoRa gets her head/hair details almost perfectly though
It's a good idea to have "thighs" in negative, so it won't poke through her apron/dress.
Add the "thick eyebrows" tag if you want, but sometimes it's too thick.
