Depending on the model this LoRA can vary between very wet looking dresses, or dresses that are straight-up formed out of water itself.
The main tag is water dress, but extra tags like transparent, rippling and dripping can help with the effect. See the example images for ideas.
Also interesting... use prompt scheduling to shape the dress:
[playboy bunny leotard:water dress:0.5]
Adjust the schedule value to control the balance between the two.
You can make safer-for work variants by putting nipples, pussy into the negative prompt. This will make the dress more reflective in those parts and hide the naughty bits.
Occasionally you may find that butts have nipples... it seems to be unavoidable as the UNet thinks they look the same. No amount of tagging or reinforcement images have fixed it, but it's dead easy to inpaint/ADetailer out.
