You can add or remove "Freckles" if you wish. OVA was sometimes inconsistent on whether to show them or not

Remember to remove "Long Hair" when prompting her "Mature" appearance as she changes her hairstyle for that. Glasses might still work with that but if not then glasses gotta go Rena
