Honestly not 100% happy with this one and no matter what I did the ai kinda did not want to learn her skin tone completetly. Should be fairly flexible, but I haven't tested it on that many checkpoints.
If you want a lora that is more in line with the game art style check out this one.
A weight of ~0.9-1.0 is recommended.

You can add "dark skin" if you want to.
For her outfit try:
