Mevak Style | ILLUSTRIOUS & SDXL(PONY)

What does the word Mevak mean?

The art of appreciating all those little things in life is called mevak in Serbia, a philosophy of life that was born in the city of Niš.

I just realized how to get the best out of Mevak, hell it took many days spent in training and the problem was always the sampler. I know it doesn't make sense but damn, this ruins my day haha ​​XD

2025 | V1.0

For this version I was looking for the latest Mevak dataset which doesn't include any artists, but I didn't find it (I have deleted many folders), although I was still able to recover half of the Mevak 2 & 3 dataset, so I added other images and filled them with a dozen of Reagan Long Art. He is one of the artists I included in mevak 2, but I tried to focus on his genitals since he doesn't have good hands. (and he obviously knows how to draw them because if he has drawings with perfect hands, ahem...).

Leaving that aside, some characters may have been learned with his style but I will "correct" it for the next version. For now I am satisfied with the results.

Duplo | V1.0

Duplo, like Trinity, achieves what I was looking for, in reality it was quite complicated for me to mix styles with pony but I solved it. Anyway, I will continue publishing the images that I made and they came out a little wrong (it was the fault of the generator that did not capture the style) XD

Mevak Trinity | V1.0

Surely 1.0 would seem like a new beginning for this, but this is the end of the Mevak project, honestly this was the last drop of blood I could draw from it. XD

Well, Mevak trinity has the data for versions 1, 2 and 3 (n.n)/ and that produced something quite interesting. I also mixed version 2 and 3 for Duplo simply to increase the strength of the coloring. But each version has something unique that obviously cannot be replaced by this version.

Trinity also has some problems with her fingers but this can be corrected with the negatives. I am also happy with the results. bye bye ~

PONY | V3.0

Each version of Mevak is very different... The only thing that unites them is the name since none of them has more than 30 images of their previous version.

I would say that this project was full of ups and downs but that doesn't matter anymore, I like the result and I honestly learned a lot of things, I also regret having published it after the mentioned date, I had a small minor setback.

Well, let's talk about mevak 3, for this version I included several things and corrected the noses, even if a realistic nose is generated it will not have such large nostrils (obviously it is an exaggeration but it is understandable).

The sketches have a more varied style and the portraits are a bit pastel, I included several characters (it's really surprising how easy it has been to train characters with styles or concepts).

Honestly, this is no longer the Mevak from the first time but I like the name and good, although it was a pain to edit so many noses from various generations and some images from the database. Now I can say that it is the latest version of Mevak. There will be no changes in the future no matter what comes out, although this version should not have as detailed noses and fine lines as before.

I improved the concepts a little and added some interesting shapes, for now I will do some tests to see how it turns out, see you later ~ XD

PONY | V2.0

Let's say it came out at 70-30~

After several tests I realized that Pony does not have a fixed style and that limits the creation of styles. In reality, if you have many images of the same character, it usually copies that style unlike my tests with Hassaku, which easily helped me with the fusions, but hey, it's a little interesting how ramdon this comes out. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

When this style was trained I had not realized that the Pony cartoon version did not exist in civitai so that only leaves us with Incursio's Meme, unfortunately the style works better if we use Hires.fix (upscale) due to the problems that I mentioned before and without them we would only have a character facilitator but it was not what I wanted.

However, that does not mean that there is no solution, I can use the same data that was used to train this version but it would be of no use, the size is too small to work as I would like and that alone does not leave with the following proposal.

I was thinking about training a style with larger and more detailed eyes, thick lines with a hybrid anime painting and pastel illustrations, the objective is to create something quite far from the classic anime topic, correcting the error that I have been following since rabbit burrow. This will not only make the style eye-catching but would work well in the civitai generator. For now I have 90% finished but I need to refine a few things before starting the training, but I hope to finish it by tomorrow.

Then what happened? I had a small giant setback with this, I spent the week gathering several gigabytes of images for the dataset and I don't know what happened, anyway... everything is summarized at less than 500 mb and that means that it has possibly been diluted a lot what I wanted to achieve with this, shit, I also deleted the original dataset so who knows what it would be like if it had been trained well. (PS: The style is good, it just bothered me that it lost some features). XD

Mevak Basic.

This style has a cuter version but it is only activated if you add "blush stickers" or "official style".

It works well in other models, for pony cartoon it usually generates a quite novel style with the stickers and pony incursio meme gives it an interesting touch, in luna stellar it is more pastel.
