Miku Sugisaki (杉崎 みく)

She is a character in the manga and anime Mitsudomoe (みつどもえ). A preppy girl who loathes Mitsuba, but is also obsessed with her.

Strength of the LORA at your pleasure, I found good results at around 0.65-0.8. No trigger word but here are some useful tags for her, chibi is very useful to get her to look right:
