I made models of both sisters. Let me warn you right away, hands can look very bad. I tried a lot of different things, but I couldn't get them to be of better quality. Possibly because of some screenshots, but they were needed to reproduce her outfit. She only has a few minutes of screen time. It could also be a problem with my skills.
Weight 0.7-1. Set it with checkpoint in mind.

Outfit: school uniform, red dress, black collar, puffy sleeves, long sleeves, red bowtie, white pantyhose.
When changing clothes better add more tags. Add tags for hands position. That gives better results.
