One of my first lora files I made to work out settings.

It doesn't seem to need much descriptive text aside from the trigger word VALN and a fairly generic negative prompt

It works well at 512x512 and 512x768 resolution and a lora weight of 1. I've mainly generated using the lazymix v4 model https://civitai.com/models/10961/lazymix-real-amateur-nudes, although others should work also
