The training data uses mostly bust and head shots from various angles wearing a hospital gown/lab coat, so the model has bias towards that at weights. I recommend using a strength of ~0.7-0.8 and including the trigger word sawa somewhere in your prompt. If you don't want him to wear a lab coat, add lab coat to your negative prompt.
