This is my go to for photo realistic females. The coherency is really great and beats every other model I've tried like protogenx54. And as other reviewers have mentioned the skin texture is very good. You can see goosebumps and tiny hairs sometimes, at least when generating at 768. Don't skip this one, give it a try!
