Add "heterochromia, green eyes, red eyes" to generate her heterochromia
Some models might need facefix or adetailer to help you with the heterochromia, it can be a bit janky.
Her thigh window is inconsistent, if you really want it in your generations you might need to use inpainting.
If you want to generate other outfits, I recommend using "LadyDMC5, short hair, heterochromia, green eyes, red eyes"
