The fictive character Tara is inspired by the Tatar ethnicity, found in and around Siberia. They are from Mongolian descent and can be found from Poland to as far as Korea. They often have dark hair and eyes and sometimes have pale skin (which I like). Correct me if I'm wrong.

The character and style LoRA's are very small, personally I like to use them as a final touch, so when I have a finished image, I put the seed on fixed and regenerate it with Anya, Tara, dutchWoman or any other character/style.

They are not overwhelmingly changing the image, but can add a little creative touch
