Note: Pony models are weird some loras don't work very well but atleast this model worked for me:

This lora does 3 characters Kurosawa Ruby, Kousaka Honoka and Watanabe You + Uranoshi school uniform. It was created with 90% images I made with sd1.5 since I also wanted to integrate the style I have there. 0.3 value seems okay. There's a lot of problems with this lora but hopefully someone finds it useful.

kurosawa ruby, red hair, twintails, green eyes, small breast

kousaka honoka, orange hair, blue eyes, one side up, medium breast, (yellow hair bow:0.5)

Negative: both side up, twintails

watanabe you, grey hair,blue eyes, medium breast

You might want to adjust some colors for example use (orange hair:0.5) instead of orange hair since it might lessen the color spread across the image. Also I put key word ll style in every picture but I'm not sure if it affects the images in any positive way but you could try it out.

Also I got lazy around Watanabe so it's probably the worst one out of these, you might also want to use some words to make her body a bit smaller like young or others with lessened weights.
