The shivarra, or shivan, are a tall 6-armed female demonic species. The Priestesses of Delirium can be found in Antorus, the Burning Throne.
Trained on Pony checkpoint using 15 pictures, only screenshots I took in game.

From behind use ass, thong -- And remove pelvic curtain.
Use 3d, and/or render to make her look more like she does in the game.
Note: It might take a few tries to get six arms, but I find that four arms look good too!
