Queen Gytha (Queen of the Changelings of Greneclyf) [PonyXL]

This is my first model I made. The model shows a portrait of the changeling queen named Gytcha of the Greneclyf nation from My Little Pony mod for Hearts of Iron IV, Equestria at War.

The model doesn't work and I don't know why? ;-;
