Prancing Invasion Ribbon Wave

This started as a variation to my other model Prancing Invasion , but as I started modifying it more and more, the better I liked it, so I ended up deciding that this one deserved it's own posting.

This is a pony based model that I was focusing on getting a more cartoonish look but without deviating too much from standard anime and pony style, but then I started adding other styles to the mix to slowly give it a more defining style and look.

It's great at doing basically what pony does but with it's own style.

The only things I see it struggles at is realism (As expected), pixel art* and there is an issue that makes it have a tendency to add signature artifacts.
*Even tho is not as good with pixel art in the sense to actually add pixelated style, using the tag pixel art and giving it more weight adds a really cool styling to the images

Recommendations:

Use of score tags is recommended but not necessary.

VAE is already baked in (sdxl_vae)

For basic settings, my preference is:

  • Sampling method: Euler A

  • Sampling steps: 30

  • Width and Height: 832 x 1216

  • CFG Scale: 7

For advanced stuff I highly recommend:

  • Use Hires Fix. with 15 steps, 0.4 denoise and 4x-UltraSharp upscaler

  • Use ADetailer with face_yolov8n and mediapipe_face_mesh_eyes_only

  • Upscale with R-ESRGAN 4x+ Anime6B
