I haven't seen anything related to Kimagure Orange Road. Black Tale is a doujin cycle that focuses on a retro-kind of feel to their artwork, releasing both games and artist/cgs sets. This model in particular uses images from a game called Kimagure Delinquent Road/きまぐれ不良道. tbh I'm not sure why I didn't post this here sooner.
