This was a request from a user.
There wasn't much to go on and this is more of a quick version 1, but it works well and I might come back and improve on it.
As it is right now, it's almost impossible to remove her glasses so I will need to go back and retrain that.
You can use different outfits perfectly fine, I tested a few and it's quite flexible in that sense.
If you find certain featured lacking, for example freckles, just add them back into the prompt and they'll show up stronger but you shouldn't need to do that.
I recommend using ADetailer as it makes faces look great!
