The High Priestess from Samurai Jack

The High Priestess from the tv series Samurai Jack (2001), introduced in Season 5 (2017), an animated action series about a samurai trapped in a future ruled by the demon Aku, she is the fanatical leader of the Daughters of Aku cult and the mother of Ashi and her six sisters. After consuming Aku’s essence, she gives birth to seven daughters and raises them in complete devotion to Aku, training them from childhood as assassins meant to kill Samurai Jack. She is depicted as a severe and intimidating cult leader who treats the mission as sacred, using harsh discipline, religious control, and isolation to shape her daughters into weapons. In the story she becomes one of the main forces behind Ashi’s early hatred of Jack, until Ashi begins questioning everything she was taught after encountering him.
