Nel Zelpher from Star Ocean: Till the End of Time. Trained on NAI.
Tested at 0.8-1.0 strength.
Contains her regular appearance and her maid outfit. Trigger word is "nel zelpher" for both.
Add "striped scarf, black dress, corset, fingerless gloves, thigh boots" for her typical look.
Add "maid headdress, maid outfit, white thighhighs, black gloves, high heels" for her maid outfit.
There was absolutely no consistency as to whether she has "purple eyes" or "green eyes", so prompt whichever eyes you prefer.
