Matsuri Sakuragi (桜木茉莉) from Ichigo Mashimaro (苺ましまろ).
Use immatsuri tag, short hair, glasses, brown eyes, multicolored hair is usually enough. Try different clothing combinations, but works fine with dresses and frilled clothing.
There's an odd bias about generating a blue dress if using "pinafore dress", which I can't quite explain as no dress of those characteristics is in the training set.
No special negatives needed. Works alright at 1.0 strength, but you may want to lower it if it gets stubborn with proportions or poses or if the original style is too strong for your taste.
