I a main character from a niche side story manga still a niche character?
Well anyway, this is a LoRa for Shizuka Tsuruki from the Girls und Panzer Spinoff Manga series Ribbon no Musha (Ribbon Warrior).
Might be kinda funky because there wasn't much useable fanart, and that which is out there is of questionable quality.
