Feli from the arcade game Puyo Puyo. Another one of my experiment on using Lion optimizer, changed a few settings since last time and I guess it's pretty decent.
Perfectly usable at weight 1. Usable at weight range [0.9, 1]. Anything lower may diverge too much from the Lora.
For her usual appearance, use

EasyNegative is recommended, quite compatible with other non-character Loras.
I gotta say that there's still much room for improvement as it seems to be not very customizable. Seems to be either tagging issue or dataset issue. Anyways, enjoy.
