Trigger word is "rnSzme" and "blue hair, long hair, yellow eyes, dark-skinned female" is required.
Add "black choker, neck bell, dark blue kimono, red sash, off-shoulder kimono, fingerless gloves, dark blue thighhighs" for her typical look.
