After his death at the hands of Blackrock in 1001, the former monarchist province fell into chaos. Blackrock, with the help of her loyal band of thieves and deserters, seized power, proclaiming herself the Bandit Queen.

Blackrock is a true villain who thrives on chaos and evil. She loves the theater of her brutality and ruthlessness, which makes her hated but also admired by other criminals. She is an icon of "pure evil" who celebrates her brutality in full splendor. She does not shy away from insane, showy acts, such as setting an entire village on fire with a thrown cigarette and declaring with a smile on her face, "It's good to be bad."
