Tips
Carefully select quality-related positives like (best quality, masterpiece) or (best quality, masterpiece, realistic) and negatives like (low quality, worst quality:1.4), (art by bad-artist-anime:0.9). Don't go overboard with them however, as they may destroy the effect.
EasyNegative and likely other negative embeddings can make things look more biologically disgusting. Maybe what you're after, maybe not.
Multiple tags describing what you want in the stomach helps it appear. For example, 1girl may not always work. 1girl, blonde hair or 1girl, surprised is more likely.
This model is trained as a background, and takes advantage of the base model's pre-existing understanding of a tentacle cave to shift things into a fleshy stomachy kind of look. Some models "get" the concept and some don't. If stuff is coming out fried, try lowering the LoRA weight, playing with the CFG scale, or trying a different model.
