This is a lycors\locon you have to use the additional networks extension or the lycoris extension for this to work.

One of the four Battle Chatelaine that were introduced in the 6th gen and where not really part of the main storyline more of a post game challenge if i remember correctly.

I dont know if i will make all four of them but I will do at least one more.

Keyword is Evelyn will work strength 1.0 just fine adjust if you need to or if you mix it with style lora. Look at the metadata to get her default outfit. Most of the picture were in her default outfit so it might be difficult to dress her up but be my guest to try.
