No trigger word. Short hair, very short hair, buzz cut, tomboy hair, pixie hair... should do the trick in your prompts.
Trained with only photos so... don't expect too much with anime/stylized checkpoints.

Even with SDXL based checkpoint, a lot of models still have a tendency to produce long, straight hair. I found it difficult to get proper very short haircuts, other than "bob cuts". If you insist on the "short" part of it, it almost always produce undercut hair, with weird patterns. So I tried to make a lora.
