"Decora" is a japanese street fashion that is pretty distinctive by the many accessiories it incorporates. It has bright colors and often involves graphics too. The style was especially prevalent in the 90's and 2000's. "Kidcore" is kinda like a modern renaissance of this style with a focus on childhood nostalgia and colorful outfits.
